Marieke ten Berge, is a multi-award winning illustrator and author. In 2021 she was nominated for the Jan Wolkers prize, and in 2022 was awarded a Zilveren Penseel and the Premio Andersen. Her translation of Lucas Rijnevelds The Discomfort of Evening won the International Booker Prize.
