CRYSTAL BLUE EYE DROPS MOISTURIZING and INVIGORATING. Also suitable for contact lenses. DESCRIPTION : Medical device for ophthalmic use, consisting of a sterile, biocompatible solution, with physiological pH and without preservatives. Contains Perilla extract and hyaluronic acid. Due to its composition, the Crystalline Blue eye drops formula is indicated for the relief of redness, dryness and eye fatigue caused by atmospheric and environmental factors (dust, allergens) and visual stress (prolonged computer use, wearing contact lenses, excessive exposure to light). It is also recommended for frequent and prolonged use. Instillation before applying contact lenses facilitates application, while subsequent application makes use more comfortable. COMPONENTS: Perilla dry extract (titrated in polyphenols ≥2.5%) 0.1%; hyaluronic acid sodium salt 0.1%; sodium chloride; anhydrous disodium phosphate; monosodium phosphate monohydrate; purified water up to 100 ml. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Open the protective foil. Separate a single-dose vial from the 5-vial batch. Twist and break the cap of the vial. Gently squeeze the body of the single-dose vial and instill 2 drops in each eye once or several times a day. After instillation, immediately close the vial and reuse the remaining contents within the next 12 hours. WARNINGS: The product is intended for ophthalmic use only. After opening, the single-dose bottle can be resealed with the appropriate cap, but the solution must be used within 12 hours. Do not use the product if the aluminum bag is damaged or if the bottles are not perfectly intact. Keep out of the reach of children. Before opening the bottle to administer the drops, clean your hands thoroughly. During instillation, do not touch the eye or other surfaces with the tip of the bottle. Do not use the product if you are allergic to even one component of the formulation. If necessary, consult your optician to ensure the compatibility of the eye drops with contact lenses. If you experience any discomfort during use, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Any ophthalmic medications administered should be administered at least 15 minutes after instillation of the eye drops, especially if they contain benzalkonium chloride or other quaternary ammonium salts, to avoid precipitation of hyaluronic acid. Concomitant administration of ophthalmic medications with eye drops should be done under the supervision of a physician who can assess potential interactions. Do not use the product after the expiration date stated on the packaging. Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use. STORAGE: Store in a dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months. Shelf life after opening: 3 months.
