Siloderm Gel, 15 g, Antibiotice SAProperties: - it is a polysiloxane-based medical device that can be considered a non-invasive alternative for the treatment of keloid and hypertrophic scars; - provides the optimal environment for the prevention and treatment of scars; - treats all types of scars: new scars (at least 2-3 weeks old), old scars; - carefully selected combination of polysiloxanes that provide unique physical, chemical and sensory properties; - forms a fine, resistant, transparent, flexible and air-permeable film, with adhesion to the skin for up to 12-24 hours. How to use: Before application, wash and pat dry the affected area. Spread gently (without rubbing) in a thin layer over the entire scar. Leave to dry for 4-5 minutes to form an adherent film on the skin. Use once, twice a day or as often as needed (after showering, after excessive sweating, etc.) to allow continuous contact with the affected area. If you consider that it has not dried in the optimal time or that you have applied too much, remove the excess by gently wiping and leave to dry again. The minimum treatment duration is 60-90 days. If the doctor considers it necessary, he may extend the treatment period by another 90 days to achieve an optimal result of scar flattening and with important aesthetic relevance (pleasant appearance, fading of color, increased elasticity, skin hydration, modification of scar structure). Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of this medical device. Contraindicated in: open wounds, 3rd degree burns or other dermatological conditions with impaired skin integrity. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If you accidentally apply in the eye area or on mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with water. If a reaction occurs at the application site manifested by: local heat, edema, pain, itching, excessive redness or an infection, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor.
