Install the batteries or connect the AC adapter. 2. Insert the cuff plug into the air port on the left side of the blood pressure monitor. 3. Remove any clothing that may pinch your arm. 4. Before measuring, rest for about 10 minutes. He will rest his left arm on the table and place his feet on the floor. 5. Place the cuff on your left arm and hold it at heart level. The lower part of the cuff should be about 2-3 cm above the elbow joint. 6. Press the ON/OFF power button to start the measurement. Installing the battery Remove the battery cover. Insert 4 new 1.5V AAA alkaline batteries according to the indicated polarity (+ and ). Close the battery cover. AC adapter The AC adapter socket is located on the right side of the device. System settings: 1. Selecting a user (user 1 and 2). Before starting the measurement, make sure you have configured the device for the intended user. Press and hold the SET button for at least 3 seconds until user 1 or 2 flashes on the display. To change the user, press the MEM M button. To confirm the selected participant, press the power button. Measuring instructions: 1. Start Press the on/off button. The cuff will be inflated automatically. 2. Swelling of the cuff Once the proper cuff pressure is reached, inflation is stopped and the cuff pressure gradually decreases. During the measurement, the heartbeat symbol appears on the display and flashes during each heartbeat of the person being tested. 3. Display the result When the measurement is completed, the result of systolic, diastolic and pulse pressure will appear on the display. 4. Interruption of measurement You can interrupt the measurement at any time by pressing the ON/OFF power button. The device automatically and immediately reduces the pressure in the cuff. 5. Recording test results Blood pressure automatically saves each users last 120 results. If the number of measurements exceeds the 120 allocated memory locations, the newest tests will appear first, discarding the oldest readings. Stop To turn off the device, press the power button at any time. After 3 minutes of inactivity, the device will turn off automatically. Memory control To recall the saved results, press the memory button M when the device is turned on. The average value of the last three measurements (R) will appear on the display. By pressing the memory button again, you will read the result of the most recent blood pressure measurement (MR1). Pressing the memory button repeatedly allows you to scroll through other recordings (MR2-MR120). Erasing the memory To delete all saved results, press the memory button M for at least 5 seconds until the symbol flashes on the display. To permanently erase the memory, press the M memory button. Arrhythmia detection The arrhythmia detection symbol means that an irregular heart rhythm was detected during the measurement. In this case, the blood pressure measurement result may deviate from the norm and the measurement should be repeated. If the symbol appears regularly (for example, several times a week when taking daily measurements), the patient is advised to contact his doctor.
