Septogin MD Spray is a product indicated for the treatment of gynecological exudative skin lesions in vulvovaginitis, which helps improve womens quality of life. The zinc, copper, aluminum, and potassium sulfates in Septogin MD spray exert a drying and astringent action upon direct topical application, eliminating exudate from suppurating skin lesions. Reducing exudate in moist lesions with erythema, edema, blisters, and/or secretions promotes skin healing. This antiexudative action reduces the risk of infection, relieves itching, and eliminates unpleasant odor. Septogin MD spray can be used in children and pregnant women. It does not contain dyes or perfumes, respects the physiological pH of the body and can be combined with other medications. Indicated for the treatment of exudate in gynecological conditions such as exudative vulvovaginitis, moist flexural dermatitis (submammary, inguinal, abdominal), intertrigo (submammary, inguinal), moist postpartum lesions (post-cesarean scar in the skin fold, dehiscent episiotomy), exudative processes related to surgical interventions and drying of genital herpes, among others. Indicated for the reduction of exudate in moist lesions presenting with erythema, edema, vesicles and/or secretions. Promotes skin healing. Reduces and prevents the risk of infection with microbiological pathogens. Composition Antimicrobial and drying solution. Instructions for use Apply 3 or 4 sprays directly to the affected external genital area. Repeat applications twice a day, preferably morning and evening, until the discharge or wetness disappears. If desired, the sprays can be applied to a gauze pad, cotton ball, or compress until they are soaked with the solution, then placed as a poultice on the affected area for a few minutes, twice a day.
