Property -Melatonin: regulates the sleep-wake cycle. -Chasteberry: modulates the production of pituitary hormones. It regulates the ovulatory system in the presence of amenorrhea, improving neurovegetative disorders (hot flashes) during menopause. -Soy isoflavones: act on hot flashes.
