ACTION AND DESCRIPTION Food supplement based on DHA, folic acid, vitamins, trace elements, and Lactobacillus fermentum. Maternal intake of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the normal brain and eye development of fetuses and breastfed infants. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e., 250 mg of DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Take 1 tablet and 1 softgel daily, together, with a glass of water; just before, during, or immediately after any of your main meals.
