Ingredients: Sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) - fruits. Administration method: Internally - the powder - the plant is ground with an electric grinder. Cold maceration - prepare a spoonful of the herb added to 250 ml of water (one cup), keep for 6 hours at room temperature, and then strain. Administer 3 cups of macerated per day.
