Description The 3-pack of COVID-19 SARS-CoV-2/FluA/FluB+ADV/RSV Antigen Test (LFIA) contains three diagnostic test kits. The products are designed to quickly and effectively detect five important respiratory pathogens: the SARS-CoV-2 virus, influenza A and B viruses, adenovirus, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). Testing uses a nasal swab. Each test is convenient and easy to use, allowing it to be performed at home. This is particularly helpful for people with symptoms of infection, such as fever, sore throat, cough, or runny nose, when quickly pinpointing the source of infection is essential. Thanks to its intuitive operation, the kit allows for self-testing, providing rapid results to aid in the diagnosis of respiratory infections. The high sensitivity and specificity of the method allows for obtaining reliable results within 15 minutes. Package contents Each package contains: Test cassette, sterile swab, buffer tube, waste bag, instructions for use. Product characteristics Specification: COVID-19: sensitivity 95.33%, specificity 100%, accuracy 99.57% Influenza A: sensitivity 95.56%, specificity 100%, accuracy 99.65% Influenza B: sensitivity 94.95%, specificity 100%, accuracy 99.57% Adenovirus (ADV): sensitivity 95.07%, specificity 100%, accuracy 99.39% RSV: sensitivity 96.33%, specificity 100%, accuracy 99.31% How to use a medical device Before starting the test, make sure the kit has reached room temperature. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. Make sure the kit contents are complete. Do not open the sachets until you begin the test. Tear open the protective foil and place the test tube in the holder. Open the buffer package (as marked) and pour the contents into the test tube. Open the swab package without touching the tip. Hold it by the plastic handle. Insert the swab into each nostril approximately 2.5 cm deep. Rotate it slowly (5 times), making sure it touches the walls of the nose. Place the swab into the buffer tube. Gently rotate it 10 times, pressing against the walls to release the material. Squeeze the tube 5 times when removing the swab to rinse the sample from the stick as best as possible. Remove the swab, then tightly close the tube with the dropper cap until you hear a click. Using the dropper, add 4 drops (approx. 100 µl) to each of the two holes (wells) in the test cassette. Read the result after 15 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes. Place all used items in a bio-waste bag and close carefully. Contraindications and precautions Before use, please read the product instructions for use. Store at 2-30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the packaging has been previously opened or is damaged. Using the product with other medications The use of antibiotics, cough medicines or asthma medications (e.g. asthma spray) may reduce the concentration of viral antigens in the upper respiratory tract and lead to a false negative result.
