Dulcosoft syrup also contains the active ingredient Macrogol 4000, an osmotic laxative with a high capacity to retain water. It helps relieve constipation by drawing water into the intestine, facilitating its passage through the intestinal tract and subsequent elimination. It is a liquid laxative that has no taste or smell, so it is perfect to mix with any hot or cold drink without altering its taste. Who is it for? Dulcosoft Syrup 20 ml is a product specifically designed for adults and children over two years of age who require effective treatment for constipation and sluggish bowels. It is suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, diabetics, celiacs, and those with high blood pressure. Instructions for use Farmaciasdirect recommends taking it directly from the container, or mixing the product with a beverage such as water, coffee, tea or juice. It should be ingested as follows: Adults and children 8 years: 20 to 40 ml per day, preferably in the morning. Children aged 4 to 7 years: 16 to 32 ml per day, preferably in the morning. Children aged 2 to 3 years: Between 8 and 16 ml per day, preferably in the morning. Contraindications Do not expose this product to direct heat or sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place.
