Each capsule contains 500 mg of valuable fish oil (salmon oil blend concentrate) with at least 30% natural, polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids EPA (approx. 18%), DHA (approx. 12%) and DPA (approx. 2.0%). As essential nutrients, omega-3 fatty acids cannot be produced by the human body itself, which is why they should be regularly consumed through food. Important representatives of the omega-3 fatty acids are DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), which have been shown to contribute to healthy, normal heart function (from a daily intake of 250 mg). We have sensibly supplemented the capsules with natural vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells due to its antioxidant effect. Recommended daily dose: 6 capsules.
