ACTION AND DESCRIPTION Protective dressing with a polyacrylate-based compress, salicylic acid, and azorubine for corns and calluses. Reduces pain and helps eliminate them: Protects the affected area and relieves pressure. Composition: 40% salicylic acid. The skin of the body is made up of several layers. The outer layer, or epidermis, is constantly renewed. Its main function is to form a protective barrier for the deeper layers to ensure the skin remains healthy. With continuous pressure or rubbing, the stratum corneum of the skin thickens. This thickening of the skin, the callus, or hard skin, forms a core that penetrates the lower layers, causing pain. COMPOSITION Salicylic acid 40%. PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. In cases of kidney dysfunction, use only after consulting your doctor. Avoid contact of the dressing with mucous membranes, especially the eyes. Salicylic acid may increase skin permeability to other topically applied medications. Do not use on diabetics or people with circulatory problems. Do not use on children or pregnant women without a medical prescription.
