Aqueous plant extract (34%) from: chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), bitter orange peel (citrus aurantium), carrot root (Daucus carota), spinach leaf (Spinacia oleracea). Magnesium gluconate, honey, magnesium citrate, natural flavors. Instructions : Shake the bottle well before each use. Use the measuring cap. Adults and children over 12 years of age: Once a day, 20 ml before meals. Children from 6 to 12 years: Once a day, 10 ml. Children from 3 to 5 years: Once a day, 5 ml.
