Adequate fluid intake is especially important during a fast. If the water has a flavor, drinking it is easier. The alkaline FreeBalance dandelion and nettle tea has a strong, spicy taste and is therefore an ideal companion during a fast. Instructions for use: Pour 200 ml of freshly boiled water over the tea bag in a cup and let it steep for 7 minutes. Drink 2–3 cups of FreeBalance tea throughout the day, along with plenty of other fluids (approx. 2 liters), preferably still mineral water or diluted juices.
