ROSE HIP Description Rosehip can have a supportive and restorative effect. It is naturally rich in vitamin C, which has many properties: it promotes energy metabolism by reducing tiredness and fatigue; it protects cells from oxidative stress and regenerates the reduced form of vitamin E; it contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the nervous system, and psychological function; it promotes collagen formation, helping maintain the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, skin, teeth, and gums; and it increases iron absorption.
