How to use - Remove the protective cap, place your thumb on the base of the bottle and your index and middle fingers on the dispenser wings and press them down. Then release them. Repeat this process until you get the first spray. Tilt your head slightly forward and, after exhaling slowly, apply the product to the affected nostril. Inhale while holding the nostril that will not receive the spray closed with a finger of the other hand. - We recommend two sprays per nostril twice a day or as directed by your doctor.
