Made entirely by hand. ingredients Pistachio cream [sugar, vegetable fat (sunflower, cocoa butter), whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder ; emulsifier: E322; flavouring, pistachio paste (15%)], rice flour, whole pistachios (16%), potato starch, sugar, high oleic sunflower oil, pasteurised fresh eggs , honey; thickener: guar gum; pregelatinised corn starch, locust bean gum; raising agents [disodium diphosphate (E450), sodium bicarbonate (E500)], corn starch, stabiliser [sodium, potassium and calcium salts of fatty acids (E470a)].
