The contribution of Gerrit Rietveld (1888-1964) to the Dutch design and architecture is equal to the phenomenal impact that Mondriaan had on the visual arts. RIETVELDS RENEWED Design Factory presents the magnificent rebirth of the only factory that Gerrit Rietveld has ever built. Early 2017, just after the completion of the renovated Weverij De Ploeg in Bergeijk, the well-known architectural photographer Filip Dujardin made a report of this unique building which has now been fully reinstated.
