How to use - Tilt your head to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and spray RinoFlux+ Hyper Spray. - Repeat the operation in the other nostril. - Tilt your head back to allow the mucus to drain, then wipe away the excess or blow your nose. - 1 to 2 sprays per nostril, 1 to 3 times a day, as needed.
