It is also suitable for those whose hair has been weakened by factors such as aging, stress, sun exposure, pollution or chemical treatments. Instructions for use Wet your hair thoroughly. Apply a sufficient amount of shampoo to the palm of your hand. The amount needed will depend on the length and thickness of your hair. Distribute the shampoo on wet hair and gently massage the scalp and hair strands, making sure to cover all areas. Massage for a few minutes to allow the shampoo to penetrate and lather.
