Do not use Remo-Wax spray if: - inflammation or pain in the ear, - ear discharge, - damaged, perforated or punctured eardrum (e.g. a drain left after puncturing the eardrum), - allergy (hypersensitivity) to any of the ingredients of the Remo-Wax spray. Special patient groups: If you have coordination problems, movement disorders or hand tremors, ask someone else to administer Remo-Wax spray into your ear canal and rinse your ears as instructed. Kids Remo-Wax spray should only be used on children after consulting a doctor. Follow the doctors instructions carefully. To perform ear irrigation in children, it is recommended to visit a doctor or nurse. Hearing aid users People who wear a hearing aid should only put the hearing aid back in place after rinsing is complete and the water has drained from the ear. Possible side effects: In rare cases, allergic reactions have been reported with the use of Remo-Wax spray. These may include discomfort in the ear canal, skin irritation, and transient dizziness. Tinnitus can be a symptom of earwax, and tinnitus may temporarily recur after ear cleaning. If the bulb is inserted deep into the ear canal, it may damage the eardrum. If you suspect that Remo-Wax spray has caused an adverse reaction, contact your doctor or pharmacist. How to use earwax and earwax removal spray? Dissolving a wax plug using ear spray - Warm the contents of the Remo-Wax spray bottle to body temperature (approximately 37°C) by cupping the bottle in your hand for a few minutes. - When using the spray for the first time, spray the spray 3-5 times into the air or onto a tissue to ensure proper atomization. Be careful not to spray the spray towards yourself. If the preparation has not been used for some time, make sure that it is sprayed properly by pressing the sprayer 1-2 times. - Gently pull the upper part of the ear up and back. Never use the spray without the nozzle tip in place! After using Remo-Wax spray, rinse the ear canal. You can use an ear irrigator, such as a bulb syringe, or consult a doctor or nurse. It is recommended that ear irrigation in children be performed by a doctor or nurse. Ear irrigation using a bulb syringe - The pear should be washed and rinsed before each use. - Fill the pear with water at body temperature. - Carefully insert the bulb tip into the ear canal to a depth of a few millimetres and rinse the ear by gently and calmly squeezing the bulb. Do not insert the bulb tip deep into the ear canal! - Repeat rinsing several times until the water flowing from the ear is completely clear. - After completing the treatment, the bulb should be washed and then emptied. Leave the bulb with the tip pointing down so that any water inside can drain out. Other information: Remo-Wax ear spray is intended for personal use. If the earwax plug has not dissolved, the spray and ear irrigation can be repeated for another three days. Note: The ear canal should be rinsed after each spray application. If you plan to visit your doctor or nurse for ear irrigation, please follow the instructions your doctor or nurse gives you. Ear irrigation should not cause pain.
