The bud extracts are obtained using only fresh meristematic tissues, i.e., growing embryonic tissues. These are harvested in spring and processed the same day to preserve their freshness. The special cold-processing method extracts and preserves all the active ingredients and nutrients present in the plants embryonic tissues. The mother tincture provides an extract containing the entire phytocomplex of the plant. Linden promotes relaxation in times of stress and sleep. Ingredients Bidistilled vegetable glycerin, pure water, lime (Tilia platyphyllos) flowers (10%); fresh meristematic tissues (10%) of: silver lime (Tilia tomentosa) buds, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha, synonym Crataegus monogyna) young shoots, oak (Quercus pedunculata, synonym Quercus robur) buds, black alder (Alnus glutinosa) buds. How to use Take the following doses one to three times a day at any time: 1.4 ml for children 1 to 3 years old, 2 ml for children 4 to 6 years old, 3.5 ml for children 7 to 10 years old, 5 ml for adults.
