Red Clover Tea, 30 g, AdNaturaProperties: The plant has depurative, antitussive, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, diuretic, emollient, estrogenic, cicatrizing and antitumor properties. Recommendations: Internally : antispasmodic, anti-infective, anti-inflammatory, entero-colitis, urinary infections, inflammation of the urinary tract, rheumatism, dysmenorrhea, leucorrhoea, arthrosis, spondylitis, gout, bronchitis, spastic cough, whooping cough, bronchial asthma. External: skin diseases - acne, eczema, ulcers, psoriasis or other chronic dermatoses. Composition : Red clover flowers - Trifolium pratense. Active principles: Triterpene saponosides and flavonosides (isoflavones with estrogenic action), phenolic acids, volatile oil, coumarins. Administration method: Internally: infusion of 1 teaspoon of the product to a cup of boiling water, cover and leave for 10-15 minutes, drink 2-3 teas a day. To benefit from the full healing potential of the plant, it is recommended to use it as a cold extract: pour 250 ml of cold water over two teaspoons of the plant. Mix well and after 20 minutes strain the liquid into a bowl. External : prepare as a concentrated infusion - put 2 teaspoons of the plant in 100 ml of boiling water, cover and leave for 10-15 minutes.
