With the arrows pointing towards the urine sample, dip the test strip vertically into the urine sample for at least 10–15 seconds. Do not exceed the maximum line (MAX) on the test strip during diving. Place the test strip on a clean, dry, non-absorbent surface and start the timer. Wait for the colored lines to appear.
