Q-WHITE CREAM Description A lightening gel emulsion specifically designed to treat hyperchromia and hyperpigmentation in a wide range of conditions (melasma, sunspots, hormonal hyperchromia, spots caused by the use of irritating products, hyperchromia caused by invasive treatments or post-operative inflammation). The term hyperpigmentation refers to various states of skin discoloration due to an unnatural qualitative and quantitative distribution of pigments, primarily melanin, but also beta-carotene and hemoglobin. This unnatural distribution of pigments gives the skin a yellowish, dark brown hue. Numerous factors can affect tyrosinase activity, altering the processes of melanogenesis (melanin production). The main and most common causes of hyperpigmentation are inflammation and oxidation in the areas around melanocytes (cells responsible for melanin production). The most common cases of hyperchromia: -melasma, especially on the face, but also around the nipples or genitals. The etiology is not yet clear, but sun exposure triggers the onset of the condition; -hormonal spots; -sunspots; -inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), psoriasis, burns, acne, allergic reactions, peels, laser, surgery; -dark circles due to thinness of the skin that highlights any inflammation and vasodilation. How to use It is recommended to apply a small amount of product to the treatment area twice a day. The time it takes for the lightening to appear depends on the individuals cell renewal cycle.
