Pure vanilla extract, 50 ml, GreenSense High-quality food seasoning, 100% natural, used to flavor desserts, cakes or drinks. The extract is obtained through a slow cold extraction process of more than 300 aromatic components contained in the Bourbon vanilla pod. The aroma of the extract is delicate, sweet and unmistakable. The bottle may contain seeds or sediment from the vanilla pods used in the production process. Ingredients: Vanilla pod extract* (Vanilla planifolia) (min. 3%), alcohol (min. 35%), unrefined cane sugar (max. 4%). Mode of use: It can be added as is or cooked into ice cream recipes, cakes, cookies or wherever that fantastic vanilla bean flavor is desired. Our recommendation for use is one spoonful of extract for every 500 gr. composition, but it is not a problem to use more extract if a stronger flavor is desired. The Pure Vanilla extract is offered in two variants differentiated by the origin of the vanilla pods: Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract and Pure Vanilla Extract (from Ugandan vanilla pods).
