Pure lemon extract, 50 ml, Cloud Nine High-quality food seasoning, 100% natural, used to flavor desserts, cakes or drinks. It is obtained from the oil obtained by cold pressing the skins of Cloud Nineâi and has a fruity citrus aroma with vibrant and sour notes. Unlike lemon juice, Pure Lemon Extract does not have the bitter taste specific to lemons. Ingredients: Alcohol (min. 90%), cold-pressed lemon oil (Citrus limon) (min. 10%) Mode of use: It can be used in recipes where lemon juice or zest is added. Our recommendation for use is one teaspoon of extract for every 500 gr. composition, but it is not a problem to use more extract if a stronger flavor is desired.
