The lactitol contained in Psyllogel Fast contributes to normal intestinal function by increasing bowel movements. The beneficial effect is achieved with a 10 g dose of lactitol contained in one stick. The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fast is useful for: - promote regular intestinal transit; - promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora. 1 stick of Psyllogel Fast powder provides 10 g of lactitol and 3.6 g of 99% pure psyllium fibre.
