Instructions for use Choose your size by measuring the circumference of your wrist. Size S has a wrist circumference between 14 and 18 cm, and a length of 20.5 cm. Open the Velcro straps and slide your hand into the wrist brace. Once positioned, close the Velcro straps. Adjust it so that your wrist is comfortable and completely immobilized.
