Pasteurized for better preservation, our Prim Aloe Drinkable Juice is rich in pulp. It is lightly cold filtered to ensure it retains all its original richness. Since ancient times, Aloe Vera has been recognized for its many benefits. The average level of Acemanann is 1611mg/L**. This level is an indicator of the quality of Aloe Vera . Acemannan is a polysaccharide with immunostimulating properties for the body, which explains the numerous benefits of the plant. Acemannan is the most used active ingredient in Aloe Vera , thanks to its multiple health benefits. For this reason the plant enjoys international recognition in both the medical and beauty worlds. Acemannan stimulates cell regeneration and metabolism, promoting the elimination of toxins and poisons through the intestinal tract. But not only that: once waste has been eliminated, the body is able to activate cellular renewal for a healthier and younger body. GROWTH Aloe Vera is harvested from April to November (depending on the climate). There are 2 or 3 harvests per year . Only the adult leaves surrounding the rosette are collected, to preserve the plant. These crops are grown without chemical or synthetic materials, preservatives, flavors or colors . ORGANIC PRODUCTION METHOD Organic fertilizers are added to Aloe Vera plants, using exclusively the humus of red earthworms. Watering is very limited (once a month). The water* does not contain chlorine to avoid the formation of stains on the leaves. The plants are weeded by hand. Only plants that are at least 3 years old are harvested. These mature plants have therefore reached the right nutritional potential. EXTRACTION The harvest is followed by the transformation of the plant into juice. The leaves are first selected according to the highest quality criteria. They are washed with water*, which is regularly renewed. The fresh leaf is cut to extract the fillet, which is then pressed and filtered (with cardboard filters) to collect the pulpy juice. STORAGE AND CONTROLS Aloe Vera juice is heated to 80° for 5 minutes to add citric acid, which is the only natural antioxidant added. This results in a very high percentage of juice: 99.71% + 0.20% citric acid + 0.09% ascorbic acid. The juice obtained is not stored. It is bottled immediately to avoid product deterioration. Samples from each batch are taken and sent to an independent laboratory for microbiological analysis. **Analyses carried out on juice samples of 25 samples taken in 2016. *The water is filtered with sand and activated carbon to purify it.
