NG Precision+ is an immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of hCG in human capillary blood collected from the fingertip, with a sensitivity of 10 mIU/mL. The test performance (95% confidence interval) is 100% (84.54% - 100%) for sensitivity and 100% (92.86% - 100%) for specificity. This quick and easy-to-use test can be performed anywhere, anytime. The test is performed by placing a drop of blood taken from the fingertip into the test well, through the capillary tube. A solution is then dispensed to facilitate the migration of the blood sample. The test includes antibodies that detect hCG and, if positive, generates a colored line in the T area of the test. The reactive components are a monoclonal antibody against alpha-hCG and a monoclonal antibody against beta-hCG conjugated to a visual marker (colloidal gold). How to use Champions Collection - Wash your hands with warm water and soap. Then dry them thoroughly. Hot water has the effect of improving blood circulation to the fingertips. - Bring your arms to your sides for a minute to increase blood flow. - If a drop of blood does not form immediately, press your finger behind the puncture site until a drop of blood forms. 1 PREPARATION Massage your finger (middle or ring finger) for a few seconds, clean it with an alcohol swab, and let it air dry.
