Formulated with pure, natural essential oils of caraway, star anise, and charcoal to reduce flatulence and bloating and promote proper digestion. Instructions for use / tips Adults: The initial dose is 2 capsules, followed, if necessary, by 1 capsule after each loose bowel movement.
