A balanced synergy based on essential oils of bitter orange, mandarin, Roman chamomile and lavender. All of which are known for their benefits for sleep and relaxation, as well as for preventing nightmares and negative thoughts. Composition Aclohol denat., Citrus sinensis* (Sweet Orange), Citrus aurantium ssp amara (flower)* (Bitter Orange), Lavandula hybrida clone super* (Lavandula super), Citrus reticulata* (Tangerine), Citrus bergamia* (Bergamot), Lavandula angustifolia* (Lavender), Anthemis nobilimomile). Instructions for use Room spray. In the air: 15 minutes before bedtime, spray for 4 seconds throughout the room. On bedding: 15 minutes before bedtime, spray for 4 seconds 20 cm from the pillowcase, the collar of the pajamas and/or on a handkerchief next to the pillow. Both methods can be combined or alternated. Pharmaceutical advice Danger. Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurized container: may burst if heated. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye irritation. Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. In case of irritation, rash or eye irritation: Seek medical advice/attention. Do not spray in the presence of children under 3 years of age or pregnant women; it is important that they do not enter the room until 30 minutes after using the spray. Not recommended for sensitive people (e.g. asthmatics, allergy sufferers or people with a history of seizures). Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Avoid dispersion into the environment. Dispose of contents/container at a special or hazardous waste collection point. Contains: ethanol, limonene (naturally present in essential oils).
