Polase Description Mineral supplement. Contains potassium gluconate and magnesium citrate. It is indicated for situations where there is a loss of potassium and magnesium. It is also indicated for those who are deficient in dietary intake of these minerals or in cases of increased need. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps restore electrolyte balance. Potassium is also involved in many of the bodys functions. For example, when taken at a dose of 300 mg per day, it contributes to maintaining normal blood pressure and, together with magnesium, contributes to normal muscle function and the nervous system.
