The Kegel Trainer is a portable vibrator and Kegel training device that allows you to start working your pelvic floor from scratch with Kegel exercises and gradually increase the intensity. Instructions for use Gently insert the Kegel device by sliding the larger, rounded end into your vagina until it is comfortably positioned. The tail of the Kegel device should remain outside your body, pointing toward your belly button. Once the product is inserted, turned on, and in training mode, perform the pelvic floor exercises. If the exercises are performed correctly, the indicator lights on the remote control will light up. The more intense the exercise, the more lights will light up. If the lights do not come on, try repositioning the internal Kegel trainer and/or make sure the device is connected to the remote by gently shaking your hand.
