Noctesia ® is a food supplement based on extracts of eschscholtzia ( Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) and valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L.): Eschscholtzia promotes relaxation. Eschscholtzia and valerian promote quality sleep. Tips for use 2 or 3 tablets a day, to be taken with a glass of water before bed. Precautions for use Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Medical follow-up is recommended in case of concomitant use of psychotropic treatments (anxiolytics, hypnotics, antidepressants). It is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 12 years of age. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
