The display will first show the display check symbol for two seconds. Then, the last measurement, the self-calibration indication at 37°C, and the symbol indicating the start of measurement will appear for two seconds in the following order: Underarm measurement (approximately 3 minutes) Place the thermometer tip under your armpit and press your arm against your breast. Make sure your armpit is dry and that clothing does not prevent the thermometer from being properly positioned in the armpit. Rectal measurement (approximately 1 minute) Gently insert the thermometer into the rectum to a depth of approximately 15 mm. If you feel any resistance, stop immediately. Oral measurement (approximately 1 minute) Place the thermometer under your tongue and close your mouth. Breathe through your nose to avoid affecting the measurement. If the temperature reaches >37.8°C, an alarm signal will be activated Precautions: To measure temperature correctly, it is necessary to place the thermometer correctly. Avoid drinking hot or cold drinks, exercising, bathing or showering, and smoking for 15 minutes before taking the measurement. To clean the thermometer, use a soft cloth dipped in alcohol or a commonly used cleaning agent. The device is not waterproof, do not immerse in water.
