Adult supervision is recommended for use on children. For children from 3 to 6 years old, the device should be used by an adult. Remove the protective cap. Before first use, press the nozzle firmly a few times until the solution comes out. With your head in an upright position, spray into each nostril, inhale slightly through the nose. Let the solution sit for a few minutes before blowing your nose. After each use, clean the spray nozzle and replace the protective cap. In children from 3-15 years old: 1 spray in each nostril, up to 4 times a day.
