Description PERIO·AID Active Control 0.05% Mouthwash – an alcohol-free, oral antiseptic containing 0.05% chlorhexidine (CHX) and 0.05% cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC). Guaranteed to eliminate pathogenic bacteria in the treatment of periodontal disease and gingivitis around dental implants. Properties Mouthwash, PERIO·AID Active Control 0.05% Contains 0.05% chlorhexidine (CHX) and 0.05% cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC). Eliminates pathogenic bacteria. It is effective in the treatment of periodontal disease and gingivitis around dental implants. Active ingredients: Chlorhexidine digluconate 0.05% – broad and long-lasting antiseptic effect against pathogenic bacteria of the oral cavity. Cetylpyridinium chloride 0.05% – an antiseptic with high activity in combating dental plaque, supports the action of chlorhexidine. Xylitol 1% – remineralizes the enamel, has an anti-caries effect, balances the pH in the oral cavity by inhibiting the formation of dental plaque, moisturizes the mucous membrane, increases the flow of saliva and reduces the production of acids. Destiny It is useful as an adjunct in the chronic treatment of periodontitis and periimplantitis, gingivitis, bleeding gums, and swelling of the gums. It is also useful for patients at high risk of periodontal disease, those with poor oral hygiene, for example, due to limited mobility and/or intellectual disabilities. It is also useful for patients undergoing orthodontic treatment, those at high risk of caries, or those with systemic diseases (diabetes, cardiovascular disease), and those with weakened immune systems, for example, during chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Use Rinse your mouth with 15 ml of undiluted mouthwash for 30 seconds in the morning and evening after brushing your teeth. Do not swallow.
