Its aroma is strong and fresh. It is most often used in aromatherapy, in the treatment of various ailments and for refreshing rooms. Properties: - due to its anti-inflammatory effect, it can help reduce muscle pain and pain caused by migraines; - improves cognitive performance due to its function of stimulating blood circulation in the body; - the presence of menthol in peppermint essential oil has the role of unclogging the sinuses; - it is a good help against sebum secretion on the scalp and stimulates hair growth. How to use: Inhalations - pour 1 liter of boiling water into a bowl and add 3-4 drops of oil. Inhale the vapors while leaning over the bowl, with your head covered with a large towel. Massage - add 4-6 drops of essential oil to approximately 10 ml of massage oil. Bath - add before starting the bath and not before, because due to the heat they evaporate very easily.
