ACTION AND DESCRIPTION It is indicated for: - Monitor and assist in the re-epithelialization of the cervical transformation zone to prevent the risk of lesions (LSIL) caused by HPV. - Adjuvant treatment of intraepithelial lesions caused by HPV. - Repair and help re-epithelialize lesions of the cervico-vaginal mucosa. - Treatment of dryness of the cervico-vaginal mucosa. - Rebalance the vaginal microbiota. - Improve vaginal health. - Create conditions for rapid healing of lesions caused by scratching due to itching or burning. - Form a protective film that quickly reduces discomfort, creating the right conditions to promote the natural healing process. COMPOSITION Hyaluronic acid niosomes, beta-glucan niosomes, centella asiatica phytosomes, coriolus versicolor extract, neem extract, BioEcolia, aloe vera extract. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE The treatment lasts six months, and can be extended for longer periods depending on medical prescription. It is important to complete the full treatment period to achieve the desired results. It is recommended to start treatment after menstruation. First month: One cannula should be applied daily for 21 consecutive days, followed by a rest period for the following 7 days. Later months (second to sixth): A cannula should be applied every other day for 21 days. The non-use of this product during menstruation is recommended for the comfort of patients, as there is no clinical incompatibility. It should preferably be used before going to bed. It is compatible with the use of condoms. It comes in single-use vaginal cannulas. Any cannula that appears open or broken should be discarded. The cannula is designed to facilitate administration of the product. To administer, lie on your back. Insert the cannula into the vagina and press the container to release the contents. Then, remove the cannula from the vagina, continuing to squeeze it to prevent the product from being sucked in. A small amount of gel may remain inside the cannula. This does not mean that a lower dose than recommended has been administered, as the cannula releases enough to cover the cervical mucosa (3 ml). Once the cannula is used, it should be discarded. A used cannula should not be reused or shared between two patients. PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS It should not be used in people with known hypersensitivity to any of its components. If you experience discomfort after application, you should discontinue use of the product and consult your doctor. There are no data available on use with vaginal contraceptives (e.g., vaginal ring, female condom), so use of this product is not recommended in women who are using this type of contraceptive. In case of pregnancy, consult your doctor before using this product, and use under strict medical supervision. The application cannula should not be shared. ADVERSE REACTIONS The safety profile of this product is good, and no serious adverse reactions have been observed during clinical studies conducted with the product or during its marketing. The only adverse reaction reported after the products marketing is irritation upon application, with a frequency of less than one in every 10,000 cases. This reaction is more common in women with very sensitive or particularly damaged genital areas or in postmenopausal patients with a high vaginal pH (pH 7). If this happens, you should space out the doses (every 3 days) and consult your doctor.
