PAIDOFLOR® is traditionally used as a mild medicinal product to support intestinal function, e.g. in cases of constipation and diarrhea. The use of this medicine is supportive in nature and should only be used as a supplement to other effective therapeutic measures in case of illness. Especially in cases of diarrhea, particularly in children and the elderly, PAIDOFLOR® does not replace the necessary treatment for fluid replacement and other measures, such as the temporary cessation of solid food (tea break). In general, if diarrhea lasts longer than 2 days, contains blood, or is accompanied by fever and circulatory problems, a doctor should be consulted. Children: In children from the first year of life up to the completed sixth year of life, PAIDOFLOR® may only be used under medical supervision
