Key ingredients: Melatonin Tryptophan Glycine magnesium The daily application is once a day, unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor. Recommended intake Empty the contents of one sachet into a cup and pour over approximately 100 ml of hot, but not boiling, water. Stir well and drink about 30-60 minutes before bedtime. The drink should be consumed as warm as possible. Instructions for use Please follow the recommended intake and the instructions in the package insert.
