Ingredients: Marine magnesium 55%* (540 mg); microcrystalline cellulose; lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) - aerial parts (100 mg); passiflora (Passiflora incarnata) - hydroalcoholic extract 4:1 (on maltodextrin support 5%) (60 mg); colloidal silicon dioxide; vegetable magnesium stearate; essential oil of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) (1 mg). * 1 tablet contains 297 mg of elemental magnesium, i.e. 79.2% of the RDA (according to Directive 2008/100/EC). Administration method: Adults and young people over 14 years: 1 tablet 2 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. Children between 5 and 13 years: ½ tablet 2 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. Recommended daily dose: 375 mg according to Directive 2008/100/EC. The tablets are swallowed with water. In case of difficulty in swallowing, the tablets may break in two.
