Optibac - Bifido & Fiber combines the well-studied probiotic strain Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12 (25 billion per dose) with 4g of prebiotic fiber FOS, to naturally increase friendly bacteria in the intestines and help combat occasional constipation. Why should I choose it? It contains the probiotic strain Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12, which has been studied in dozens of scientific studies. Supports digestion. It survives the acidity of the stomach and reaches the intestine alive, naturally increasing the friendly bacteria in the gut. Provides 4g of prebiotic fiber. The International Scientific Association of Probiotics and Prebiotics (ISAPP) recommends a minimum daily intake of 3-5g of fermentable fiber. B. lactis BB-12 has been shown to stimulate immunological responses, including immunoglobulins and cytokines.Instructions: For adults and children over 3 years: 1 sachet per day.
