It contributes to the regularity of intestinal transit and the formation of stools of normal consistency and volume. - Beta-galactosidase (lactase) improves lactose digestion in people who have difficulty digesting it. Any increase in consistency (gel formation) is a characteristic of Onligol Fibre. Adults and children over 12 years: One sachet, two to three times a day, immediately before meals. For proper use in children under 12 years, consult your doctor. Since psyllium fiber may delay the intestinal absorption of drugs, leave a period of at least 2 hours between taking Onligol Fibre and taking the medicines. Warnings Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take Onligol Fibre with antidiarrheal medications.
