The product is used as an aid in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal bleeding. FOB (fecal occult blood) is the microscopic amount of blood present in the feces, which cannot be observed with the naked eye. This can be an early clinical symptom of conditions such as gastric cancer or colon cancer, but also an indicator of intestinal ulcers. 95% of patients with bowel cancer may have a positive result on the occult blood test. Approximately 50%–80% of patients with intestinal ulcers may also have a positive result. Early detection of fecal occult blood is important for identifying conditions in their early stages. Carefully open the large cap of the collection tube. Apply 2–3 drops of sample solution to the sample well. Read the results after 10 minutes.
