Mix 125ml of cold water in a container or shaker. 2. Add 6 scoops (about 40 g) of powder. 3. Shake or mix well. 4. For best results, let the product rest for 5 to 10 minutes before consuming. 5. Consume within 2 hours. Always discard any uneaten product. 1-2 servings of 40 g (6 scoops) per day, or as prescribed by your doctor. Warnings Do not administer parenterally.
