Η D-μανοζη is a single monosaccharitis , extremely soluble in water with a sweet taste. It is found in free form in many fruits, vegetables and plants. It is absorbed by the intestinal microflora and partially decomposed during glycolysis. The introduction of D-mannose into the diet contributes to the normalization of carbohydrate metabolism and the gradual regeneration of biochemical processes in cells. It has a low glycemic index and does not disturb the blood sugar balance. Dosage: Adults take 1 capsule (stick) a day before bedtime and then consume 200 ml of water.
