Turn on the thermometer using the START button. Make sure the device is in body mode. 2. Place the thermometer approximately 0.5–3 cm from the forehead, aiming at the center. 3. Press and hold the START button. You will hear a short beep when the measurement is complete. If your body temperature exceeds 38°C, the red LED will light up. 4. The thermometer will turn off automatically 30 seconds after the measurement is completed. Measuring the temperature of objects: 1. Turn on the thermometer using the START button. Make sure the device is in object mode. 2. Place the thermometer approximately 0.5–3 cm from the object, aiming at its center. 3. Press and hold the START button. You will hear a short beep when the measurement is complete. Electric nasal aspirator, model K: Place the aspirator tip into the nostril and then remove secretions continuously or in stages (with breaks). After each use, it is recommended to quickly clean the tip, along with the head and reservoir, after removing them from the device. For more effective suction, close the childs other nostril. A small amount of saline or seawater spray can help thin the secretions. After application, wait a moment before beginning suction. To reduce discomfort caused by the negative pressure, open the childs mouth. Used or partially used batteries can affect the devices efficiency and, consequently, the cleansing process. Contraindications and precautions Body temperature measurement is only an approximate value, appropriate treatment can only be implemented after consultation with a doctor. You should wait at least 30 seconds between subsequent temperature measurements. If different results are obtained from three consecutive measurements, the highest result should be considered correct. Do not take measurements immediately after exercising, bathing, or returning home. You should wait at least 30 minutes before taking your temperature.
